fourth of July 2013

      Hello everybody!
  Happy Fourth of July to those of you who live in America!  Happy late Canada day for all of you who live up north, I hope it was fun for you, I know that Canada is special to me *hint, hint, wink, wink ;)*.  
        I came up with this wacky drink a week ago.  Simply pour a can of Sprite or Sierra Mist into a cup and cut up a cherry Popsicle and slip it in.  It is funky looking, but good nevertheless.

I painted my nails this morning, and, being the photo geek I am, I had to take pictures of it.  They are a nice blue by Essie, formally called "Butler Please".  I was in Walgreens last Sunday and was picking up the color Mint Candy Apple (I had been wanting it for a while) and I saw that this was a new color.  I picked it up.      Essie is a brand that you should definitely know that you want the color before you buy it because of the eight dollars per color.  I wasn't disappointed with this color luckily.
    We're having some guests over tonight to celebrate the Fourth of July, and I have been asked to take pictures!  It is an exciting prospect, yet kind of scary because I normally don't take pictures of large groups of people, but it is good experience for the future.
   I have some awesome photos waiting (I've had my photo rampages recently...) so I will try to share them with you sometime soon, but until then, ciao!
