6.3.13- Pre-trip thoughts

         I thought I'd postpone the fire post for another two weeks [insert shouts and sighs here] so I could put this post in.  For some odd reason I think it is important to record feelings before it all happens, so you have something to look back to and wonder how you ever felt that way.
         This trip should be fun.  Or, at least that is what everyone keeps telling me.  I personally don't know what I believe.  I know I should be looking forward to this trip, and I am looking forward to some aspects, but I am also kind of loathing it because (this is coming from an introvert) being me I am afraid of being 'rejected' by my peers yet again.  This time I plan on becoming more smiley and open.  You shall hear more from me on this subject.  Anyways, that journal up there, I decided that because this trip was kind of big I didn't just want to bring an ordinary notebook as my journal, I wanted to bring something special.  So I chose that one and another French notebook.  That one reminded me of Hugo (Asa Butterfield *sighs*) and so I picked it up and kept it. (Even though it was $13, kind of more expensive than my regular $1 notebooks...)  I love it, I just have yet to actually record anything in it.
       

This is what my room looked like this morning, and still kind of does, even though I am leaving tomorrow.  Crazy, it was kind of messy.

          I will give you all updates (and pictures) along the way.  What are you doing this summer?
